I want to love this but the mute button doesn’t work

Bought this for the USB dongle. I wfh doing call center phone work. Finally a headset that works with ALL of my apps from Teams to my virtual calling program. I also bought this because most of these don’t have a mute button. This one says it does, but it does not work. It is a must have for me because as soon as the call comes in I am live without warning. So I need to be able to mute between calls. Came to the website for more information or perhaps a CS # but didn’t find anything.

Great for truckers.

My husband is a truck driver. All of his other headsets were like ear buds. However, these are great for him. He loves how they fit and the sound quality is great. No background noise just like it says.

Excellent!

This Delton Professional Wireless Computer Headset with Mic is excellent. I used it to play an online game and I was amazed at how well it worked. I even had comments on how well the mic sounded by others in the game.

The headset comes with an auto-pairing USB dongle which gives you Bluetooth connectivity. The connection was great and I didn't have a problem with it disconnecting during the game. This is a must-have for gamers.
