How Do I Know My Warranty is Valid? What Does the Warranty Cover?

As long as your Overtime product was purchased from an authorized retailer and you can provide a copy of the original sales or gift receipt, the warranty is valid from the original purchase date. The receipt validates the manufacturer's warranty, which covers any possible manufacturer defects. It does not cover abuse, lost, stolen or resold product(s).

For all defects that are not manufacturing defects, Overtime will provide a Customer Satisfaction credit on the Overtime online store in the amount of fifty percent (50%) of the current value of your product on the Overtime online store. If your product is no longer offered on the Overtime online store, the amount of the Customer Satisfaction credit shall be equal to the value of the closest comparable product, as determined by Overtime at its sole discretion. All Customer Satisfaction credits may be used toward the purchase of any Overtime product in that category. Take note that Overtime regularly changes the models, colors, and styles of its products and does not guarantee the availability of an exact replacement for any product.

Warranty Information

Overtime extends this Limited Warranty to the original end-use purchaser of Overtime & Delton products (including headphone, earphone, earbud, and Bluetooth devices) or to a person who received a Overtime product as a gift, provided that the Overtime product was purchased from an Authorized Dealer as defined below. Overtime branded products (“Product”) is warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of original retail purchase (“Warranty Period”). The Warranty includes up to two replacements. The Limited Warranty does not extend to any other person or transferee. Statutory or common law may provide additional rights or remedies that vary from state to state, and country to country, which are not affected by this Limited Warranty.

Under this warranty, you can direct your claims to Overtime even if the product was purchased from a third party. If a defect arises during the warranty period, Overtime, at its sole discretion will (A) repair or replace the product at its sole discretion, or (B) provide a warranty credit on the Overtime online store, located at www.overtimebrands.com. The amount of the warranty credit shall be equal to the current value of your product on the Overtime online store. If your product is no longer offered on the Overtime online store, the amount of the warranty credit shall be equal to the value of the closest comparable product, as determined by Overtime at its sole discretion. Overtime reserves the right to inspect any Product subject to a warranty claim to determine, at its sole discretion, whether the claimed defect is a Manufacturing Defect or otherwise.

DOCUMENTATION

To help ensure warranty claims are genuine Overtime products, our warranty department will require a receipt (Proof of purchase) to complete your claim. If a proof of purchase is not obtained Overtime is not responsible to warranty the product. If possible, include a photo of the defective product.

WARRANTY CLAIM

To submit a claim and to obtain repair or replacement within terms of this warranty, please click here to visit our submit a claim submission form to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (“RMA”) number on the basis of the dated purchase receipt. RMAs are valid for ten (10) days. We will validate your request and respond with further instructions. Once your claim has been received and verified, please allow 4-6 weeks for your warranty to be processed.

OVERTIME DOES NOT ASSUME ANY LIABILITY FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR INDIRECT DAMAGES UNDER THIS LIMITED WARRANTY.

Authorized Dealer means any distributor, reseller or retailer that was authorized by Overtime at the time of the sale to sell authentic Overtime products in the jurisdiction where it sold the product, and that sold the product in unused, new condition and in its original packaging.

Any fact related to a warranty claim to Overtime, including the nature of the defect, whether the product was purchased from an Authorized Dealer, and the authenticity of the Product. Any representation of a claimed Manufacturing Defect that was known to be caused completely or partially by (A) any use other than Intended Use, (B) neglect, misuse- abuse by anyone other than Overtime’s employees, (C) tampering or modifying of the Product by anyone other than a Overtime employee, (D) accident (other than a malfunction that would otherwise qualify as a Manufacturing Defect),(E) exposure of the product to extreme heat, sun, light, liquids, sand or other contaminants, or (F) acts outside the control of Overtime, including without limitation storms, acts of God, earthquake, fire or flood, is considered fraud.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

BY SUBMITTING A WARRANTY REQUEST, YOU ARE AGREEING TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS: IN CASE OF FRAUD OR MISREPRESENTATION AS DESCRIBED ABOVE, OVERTIME RESERVES THE RIGHT TO WITHHOLD ALL WARRANTY COVERAGE OR CLAIMS. OVERTIME IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR PRODUCTS THAT GET LOST IN SHIPPING AND HAVE NOT BEEN RECEIVED BY OVERTIME. WHEN SHIPPING A PRODUCT BACK TO OVERTIME WE REQUIRE THAT YOU USE THE RETURN LABEL PROVIDED TO YOU BY OVERTIME’S ONLINE WARRANTY SYSTEM. THIS WILL MINIMIZE THE POSSIBILITY OF AN ITEM GETTING LOST IN THE MAIL. IF THE ITEM WAS NOT RECEIVED BY OVERTIME THE WARRANTY WILL BE CONSIDERED VOID. OVERTIME AT ITS SOLE DISCRETION WILL DETERMINE WHETHER A DEFECT IS A MANUFACTURING DEFECT AND WHAT TYPE OF CREDIT OR REPLACEMENT SHALL BE ISSUED, IF ANY. DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS MAY BE SUBJECT TO ENGINEERING ANALYSIS AND RECYCLING, AS PART OF OUR CONTINUED COMMITMENT TO IMPROVING THE QUALITY OF OUR PRODUCTS AND THE ENVIRONMENT.

This Limited Warranty and any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Limited Warranty or the condition of the product, documentation or packaging (“Disputes”) shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to the conflicts of law principles thereof. The Convention for the International Sale of Goods shall not apply and is specifically excluded. The state and federal courts located in the State of New York, County of New York, United States of America shall have jurisdiction and shall be the exclusive forum for resolution of any Disputes.

THIS LIMITED WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS, AND YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS, WHICH VARY FROM STATE TO STATE AND JURISDICTION TO JURISDICTION, AND WHICH SHALL NOT BE AFFECTED BY THIS LIMITED WARRANTY. THIS WARRANTY EXTENDS ONLY TO YOU AND CANNOT BE TRANSFERRED OR ASSIGNED. OVERTIME LIMITED WARRANTY COVERS ONLY OVERTIME BRANDED PRODUCTS (INCLUDING HEADPHONE, EARPHONE, EARBUD AND BLUETOOTH DEVICES). THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT EXTEND TO OR OTHERWISE COVER ANY OVERTIME CO-BRANDED OR COLLABORATIVE PARTNER PRODUCTS, WHETHER BUNDLED OR SOLD SEPARATELY, OR ANY PRODUCT BEARING A OVERTIME TRADEMARK BUT NOT ACTUALLY MANUFACTURED BY OR ON BEHALF OF OVERTIME.

You may return merchandise purchased on Overtimebrands.com for a full refund, less original shipping charges, based on original form of payment, within 30 days of the purchase date. An item must be returned in its unopened original packaging. You are responsible for the shipping charges incurred both on your original order as well as the charges to get the product back to us. Return deadline

At Overtime, our priority is to make certain of your 100% satisfaction with your purchase. If, for whatever reason, you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return it to Overtime within 30 calendar days of receipt of item(s). Claims for damaged or missing items must be received within two business days of receipt of merchandise. All return items must be in new and unused condition, in original packaging, and be accompanied with a return authorization number. (See “How to return and item” below.)

Exchanges and Refunds

You have the option of receiving a refund for the full amount of the original purchase price or exchanging the item(s). Overtime does not have an upgrade policy and cannot exchange for another product. Refunds on returned items will be issued in the matching payment form as tendered at the time of purchase, excluding freight charges. If payment was made by credit card, once we receive the product we will credit your account. Please allow 7-10 business days for a credit to appear on your credit card statement.

Return Conditions

Please carefully read conditions below. If conditions are not met, Overtime reserves the right to refuse the return or to charge a restocking fee of 20%. Please note that Overtime does not permit the return of or offer refunds for the following products: (1) Product that is custom configured to your specifications, including personalized products and (2) Product purchased from a 3rd party retail partner.

How to return an item

To return an item you'll need obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. Overtime will not accept returns without prior authorization and an RMA number. If you have problems or questions, call our Technical Support number at (866) 592-5538, or email Overtime at cs@overtimebrands.com

  • -Place the original package into a shipping carton.
  • -Include the invoice and the reason for the return. If faulty, please specify the defect.
  • -Please do not place stickers or shipping labels on the original manufacturer's package.
  • -The RMA number must be clearly written on the outer box. If you received an emailed label from Overtime, please print the label and tape it to the carton.
  • -Ship via insured ground service with a tracking number. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries and are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
  • -Please allow 2-3 days from date we received the package for us to process your return.
  • -If you would like to cancel a pending order, you can do so provided that the order has not yet entered the shipping process. If the item you want to cancel has already entered the shipping process, it cannot be canceled by you or by our customer service department. However, you can return the item for a refund.

A Overtime-branded hardware product is considered NF if it shows symptoms of a hardware failure, preventing basic operation, when you first use it after opening the box. If you believe that your product is NF, please call Overtime Technical Support at (866) 592-5538 within 10 calendar days of the invoice date. This NF policy applies only to Overtime-branded hardware products currently offered at the Overtime Wireless Online Store. As new products are offered, Overtime reserves the right to determine whether or not this policy applies. Overtime Technical Support will determine whether the product is NF and offer you the following options:

    Replacement: Overtime, at its expense, will ship another of the same product. Overtime Technical Support will arrange for replacement and the NF product's return.

    If Overtime Technical Support determines that a returned product is not NF, Overtime will apply Overtime's standard product warranty to the product. Further, if Overtime determines that you have misrepresented a returned product's condition and that the product is not NF, Overtime may impose up to a $30 handling fee.

APO/FPO Addresses

If you're an APO/FPO customer and you're outside the domestic delivery area, the standard Overtime Return and Refund Policy applies - with the exception that you're responsible for shipping the product back to a state-side return address, plus handling, customs, and inventory liability. Since you're responsible for the safe delivery of any product you're returning to mophie, we recommend that you insure it against loss.

Defective Items

If your product does have a defect, your product is covered under the terms of your product's warranty. Please refer to the warranty information and other supporting documentation that came with your product. Retail partner purchases

Every genuine Overtime product bought from Overtimebrands.com or a authorized 3rd party retail partner is authorized for replacement due to warranty issues, however, we do not off returns or refunds on products bought from other 3rd party retailers. Shipping Information

FREE U.S. standard ground shipping is available on all orders. All orders are shipped ground by default. Rates are based on weight and shipping destination. Business days are currently defined as Monday – Friday. Please keep in mind; orders placed after 12PM (EST) or on a weekend will begin processing the following business day. You will receive an email with your tracking number once the order has been shipped.

If Overnight shipping is selected on an order placed before 12PM (EST), the order will ship the same day; if the order is placed after 12PM (EST), the order will ship the following day. If Overnight shipping is selected for an order placed on a Friday, please be advised that your package will not be delivered until Monday or the following day if placed after 12PM (EST). A tracking number will be emailed to you when your order ships. This tracking number will allow you to check on the delivery status of your order.
